Junior Chef Stars
Whisk Around the World is your ticket to a global kitchen adventure! In this flavorful after-school program, your junior chefs will “whisk” away to a new country each week, exploring international cuisines, ingredients, and traditions through hands-on cooking fun. As we stir up global inspiration, students will also sharpen essential kitchen skills—including proper knife techniques, measuring, mixing, and teamwork—all while building confidence and curiosity one bite at a thyme. Whether slicing, dicing, or just spicing things up, our Junior Chefs will create tasty dishes, cook up culture, and learn through every fun-filled session. It’s a recipe for adventure—and it’s going to be souper! So, pack up those taste buds and lettuce take your young chef on this exciting journey. No passport required—just a hunger to explore! Material fee of $90 due to instructor on first day of class.

Rebound Basketball
Our class focus is in personal skill training through fun activities. We encourage participation and self-improvement. Fee includes an RBA ribbon award at the end of the season. Participants should wear appropriate sport clothing, and bring a water bottle.

i9 Sports: Flag Football
Learn the game of football in a fun, safe and structured environment. Our goal is to instill a love and appreciation of the game by using fun, engaging drills and short instructional games to teach and build on the foundational/fundamentals skills of the game in a progressive learning format. Skill development includes speed, agility, passing, catching, ball carrying, defensive angles of pursuit and more.

Kassirer Tennis
This program was created by Laura Kassirer, a former Wimbledon player, so students can have fun learning a sport they can play for a lifetime conveniently at school with their classmates. Coaches set up portable nets on your blacktop to make kid sized courts and provide little racquets & starter balls! Students learn professional quality fundamentals; play fun group games, improve fitness, hand-eye and agility and start to rally. Coaches emphasize sportsmanship, socialization and fun while instilling that every child can succeed through persistence and practice. Just wear athletic shoes and attire to class and our coaches will provide the rest.

Kassirer Pickleball
This program was created by Laura Kassirer, a former Wimbledon player, so students can have fun learning a sport they can play for a lifetime conveniently at school with their classmates. Coaches set up portable nets on your blacktop to create Pickleball courts. Pickleball is a social, fun, racket sport that allows kids to quickly start rallying, serving and playing games on a court which is 1/4 the size of a tennis court. Kids will improve their hand-eye coordination, reaction, fitness and movement. We provide loaner Engage Pickleball paddles during class. Just wear athletic shoes and attire and our coaches will provide the rest!

Lando Interactive
Sketch scenes that bring your story to life—finish a comic page each class. Choose from ten+ new characters, props, and settings daily, then write a twist to match the day’s theme. Teachers model techniques like thumbnails (tiny practice sketches) and shot selection (wide, medium, close-up), and each class ends with a mini-premiere. Lando is a WASC-accredited, award-winning program.

Lando Interactive
Code 2–4 mini-games each class, then level up with new coding ideas taught daily. This session dives into ocean-themed games and uses Lando’s Scratch-based app on iPads so teachers can guide appropriately—no one should get stuck or bored. Playtest your mini-game with friends (can they beat it?) and get a link to continue coding at home. Lando is a WASC-accredited, STEM award-winning program.

Lando Interactive
Build something simple, then turn the dial — faster, stronger, farther. Each class is an arcade of levels built from a single daily challenge. Create using LEGO bricks and Technic parts, test until it works, then get teacher feedback on why it behaved that way. Sessions spotlight animals and machines that spin or lift — for example, grip-rolling alligators or towering elevators. Lando is a WASC-accredited, STEM award-winning program.
