Adult Wrestling Grapplers Exercise Class

Age appropriate wrestling and grappling class with an emphasis on safety, basic wrestling warm ups, drills, and games.
At course completion will have learned basic wrestling warm ups, stances and motions, hand fights, defenses, front headlock situation, and introduction to top and bottom strategies.
