City of Foster City Refund Policy

• Requests for refunds received after the start of class and prior to the third class meeting will be prorated based on the number of classes conducted, not attended. Requests for refunds received after the start of the third class meeting will be denied.


• There will be a $10 administrative fee deducted from all class refund requests. There will be a $10 administrative fee deducted from all seasonal camp refund requests.


• Refunds take 3-6 weeks to receive in the mail. Refunds will go back to original form of payment. Registrations paid by cash will be refunded by check.
