High Intermediate/Advanced Outdoor Volleyball
Beginner classes will start off with regular stretches and warmups for 10 minutes which is most important to play any sport. The class focus will be on running specific drills to help learn the mechanics of passing, setting, hitting and serving. Drills will consist of teaching the techniques for different skills, ball control and foot work. Class will end with an introductory game format in a fun way.
Advanced classes will start off with regular stretches and warmups for 10 minutes which is most important to play any sport. The class focus will be on running advanced drills to improve the skills of passing, setting, hitting and serving. Students will learn various advanced passing drills to understand the importance of passing in the game of volleyball. Setting drills will also be taught to understand different sets to middle, outside and opposite hitters. Class will focus on serving and various game formats. Class will end with side line instruction scrimmage to incorporate all skills and enjoy the game.
