Brain Fitness

Our brain fitness class focuses on stimulating and preserving your cognitive skills, focus, concentration, memory, mental and bone health. The goal is to remain sharp and agile as we grow older. We believe you either, "use it or lose it". This applies to muscles in our bodies as well as to neural pathways and connections in our brains. Our goal is to help you remain sharp, agile, and live a healthier and mentally stimulated life.

Our Brain Fitness Program will: help strengthen your memory functions, train and sharpen your cognitive, logic, strategic planning, problem solving, and deductive reasoning skills, and improve attention skills, confidence & self-esteem, and fitness & health.
