We will be going over safe practices, the history of Wing Chun, common self defense applications, Wing Chun fundamentals, forms and concepts. The ultimate goal is for everyone participating to have fun and learn something new through each class. It is also to build a safe and growing community through martial arts. On a technical side, the goal will be to understand and execute a few basic Wing Chun and self defense concepts.
