Family Overnighter - FAMOVER

ENROLLMENT IS PER PERSON - PLEASE REGISTER EVERYONE THAT WILL BE ATTENDING IN YOUR PARTY

The Foster City Parks and Recreation Department is proud to offer the Annual Family Overnighter at Leo Ryan Park! We are delighted to offer your family a night under the stars! A burger and/or hot dog BBQ, s'mores, movie in the park, and breakfast are all included. Each family should bring a tent to sleep in, sleeping bags, flashlights, and warm clothes. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Foster City residents only.

RUBBER DUCKY RACE 2024

Registration is required to participate in the races
Please see below for the race schedule and rules.
PLEASE REGISTER ONE TEAM CAPTAIN PER BOAT. You do NOT need to register/pay for all members on your boat.

SCHEDULE
8:30am - 9:00am: Registration/Check-In
9:00am - 10:00am: Family Races (you/your team will be placed in one of two heats)
10:00am - 11:00am: Anything But a Boat (you/your team will be placed in one of two heats)
11:00am - 12:00pm: Adult Races (you/your team will be placed in one of two heats)


RULES
To qualify for a Family Race, your boat must have at least one person aged 15 or younger.
Youths aged 16-17 may participate without an adult but permission is required from parent or guardian.
Youths 15 and younger need to participate with an adult.
No children under 5 years old allowed on water during races
Maximum 8 people per boat.
All participants may only register for one race. You cannot compete in multiple races.
Participants must provide their own water vessel.
Participants must provide life jacket to all members on their boat. Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water vessel.
All participants must sign a waiver before participating; waiver will be emailed to team captains.

To qualify for the Anything But a Boat Race, you must use a vessel that is not a conventional boat.
Kayaks, canoes, rafts and paddle boards are not allowed
Participants must provide their own water vessel.
Participants must provide life jacket to all members on their boat. Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water vessel.
All participants must sign a waiver before participating; waiver will be emailed to team captains.
