Karate 1 New Students/Beginner/Adv. Beginner

Karate helps build confidence and motivation to learn and helps to increase concentration. Class will emphasize on hand -eye coordination, body awareness, and Karate concepts: Blocking, Kicking, Punching and Striking. Karate GI ( Uniform) is required.
