Preschool Ballet and Etiquette
The Academy of Ballet and Etiquette uses the stories of the ballets to teach steps, technique and manners. We end with formal bows and a puppet story of the ballet as review and reward. Each class involves FULL BODY STORYTELLING, bursts of FOCUS, strong CLASS MANNERS and movement to HOOK CHILDREN ON CLASSICAL MUSIC & CULTURE. In this session we’ll dance through the stories of Snow Queen (the inspiraiton for Frozen), Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake and Sleeping Beauty, and Prokofiev’s Cinderella.
