Refresh your body and mind with gentle daily yoga practice inspired by the energy of spring. Each class blends movement, breath, and mindfulness to help you feel grounded, open, and renewed. Level: Beginner to Intermediate.
Day 1 — Root & Begin: Grounding Practice (Gentle Hatha Poses)
Day 2 — Awaken & Energize: Flow for Vitality (Gentle Vinyasa flow)
Day 3 — Strength & Stability: Building Inner Power (Discover Your Core)
Day 4 — Open the Heart: Stretch & Release (Flow Into Openness & Compassion)
Day 5 — Relax & Restore: Deep Rest for Renewal (Slow-Paced Yin and Restorative Yoga)
Day 6 — Renew & Celebrate: Integrate & Reflect (Celebrate Your Growth & Renewal In This Closing Session)
Please bring yoga mat, yoga blocks, water bottle, yoga strap and an open heart.

Full Refunds
Full refunds, minus a $10 administration fee (per child, per week), will be granted for requests submitted five (5) business days prior to the start of the program.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds* will be granted for requests submitted four (4) business days or less prior to the start of the program.
*25% of registration fee and a $10 administrative fee (per child, per week) will be assessed per session refunded.
No Refunds
Requests for refunds received after the start of the camp session will be denied unless they fall under the Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
