Fall season is great for Outdoor Volleyball as the heat wave is behind us and the weather cools down. We will start with warmups to build strength and flexibility based on volleyball game play movements and help avoid any injuries. There will be short and focused lessons to introduce or fine tune various volleyball skills followed by customized drills to practice what we learn. The session will end with challenges and game play, putting those learned lessons into practice. Class will focus on various volleyball skills including passing, setting, spiking, blocking, and serving. See you out there!
