Calling all little movers and shakers! Our 8-week Mini-Hawk program is a playful adventure through baseball, flag football, and soccer for ages 5–7. With engaging activities and fun games, young athletes will explore the fundamentals of throwing, catching, kicking, and teamwork – all while building confidence and discovering a love for movement! All equipment is provided – just wear sneakers, comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle!"
