Level 1 is for new students or returning students who just like to enjoy easy-to-learn line dancing selections.
Level 2 is for students who are beyond beginning level and would like to learn more complicated or sophisticated selections and patterns.

LDVALI uses a unique program and methodology that helps students of various skill levels.

All levels welcome. Low impact, strength and balance, mobility and stretch class. Classes will feature a combination of bodyweight, chair, dumbbell and resistance band-base exercises.

Get a great workout while learning the fundamentals and playing the great sport of Volleyball. The Beginning/Intermediate Class will consist of learning through drills and game play. Each class will consist of a 60 minute period where skills will be taught and focused on for that week's class. The other 90 minutes will focus on playing 3 on 3, 4 on 4, and 6 on 6 games that help to teach the fundamentals. Each class will include teaching the 6-2 and 5-1 offense.

The Advanced Class allows the game of volleyball to be taught through game play. Each night will consist of 2 hours of play with intermittent instruction coupled with 30 minutes of drills and instruction that focus on class trends and elevating the overall level of play. Students in the Advanced class have a fundamental understanding of the game and can demonstrate the basic skills of play including passing, setting, hitting, blocking, and over hand serving. To be able to participate in the Advanced Class, knowledge of a 6-2 and 5-1 offense is required. The Instructor will assess student play and will ask participants to switch to the Monday class if they do not meet the Advanced criteria.

Let's Play! Come join us for 2 hours of great fun and exercise this fall. We will have an advanced court and a beginner/intermediate court for 6 on 6 play.
Advanced court players must have a solid working knowledge of the 6-2 offense and have experience playing in that system. Beginner and intermediate court players must have a familiarity with the 6-2 offense and be willing to learn its intricacies within the flow of 6 on 6 play. If you don't have a working knowledge of this system, join us on Monday nights, where the system is taught along with other volleyball skills. Drop-ins welcome at $20 per session.

Ready to pick up a paddle and learn some Table Tennis? This is a fun adult foundational class to build up your skills since a solid foundation is key to starting your journey into the ping pong world! Hand-eye coordination and basci drills will be apart of this class. This class is opened for all entry level adult players!

Special service! Only 3-6 players! Develop the essential techniques with emphasis on control, depth, and direction. Lessons incorporate rules, sportsmanship, and basic doubles play.

Whether you want to improve your presentation skills, become a more effective leader, get better at creatively ideating solutions, or just have fun, this improv class is a great place to start! Filled with laughter-filled group exercises, this class will cover:
