The Academy of Ballet and Etiquette uses the stories of the ballets to teach steps, technique and manners. We end with formal bows and a puppet story of the ballet as review and reward. Each class involves full body storytelling, bursts of focus, strong class manners and movement to hook children on classical music and culture. In this session we’ll dance through the stories of Snow Queen (the inspiration for Frozen), Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake and Sleeping Beauty, and Prokofiev’s Cinderella.

Volleyball is a great sport to teach life lessons that last your entire life. This course is designed to help build character and
self-esteem in your child. Participants will learn to build on basic volleyball skills and work to be a complete player. We will focus on
passing, setting and serving. By encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship in a fun and exciting atmosphere, your child will learn
