Tone and strengthen your core, increase upper body strength, and improve your flexibility and balance in this mixed level class using a large exercise ball to add challenge and variety to Pilates-based movements. You will need: a mat, ball, resistance band, and hand-held weights. Registration fee for the Spirit Room (in-person) class includes access to the Online Zoom links.
