Gain an academic edge and learn the ways of legislation! In Student Congress, students create their own legislative sessions to debate and create bills, laws, and proposals. They master valuable life skills in critical thinking, debate, persuasion, attentive listening, research, and organization – all while having fun, gaining confidence, and learning about how legislation works! Develop a passion for math and boost math confidence! Students challenge themselves by learning new math strategies and solving complex math problems to gain and refine math skills! They build math intuition, analysis, reasoning, creativity, critical thinking, and develop their confidence by conquering math problems, improving their organization, finding patterns, experimenting, and handling word problems. Imagine, plan, and create a studio performance as an adaptation of a book or short story! We will explore voice and movements as well as solicit ideas and creative expressions for a theatrical composition with improvisation exercises, writing, and discussions. It's a space for discovering your appetite for shaping creative narratives while building confidence and developing communication and collaboration skills.
