Our future artist class will introduce participants to painting, drawing, water colors, self-portraits, clay creation and much more.
Participants will create various projects throughout the class and present their favorite creation at the end of the program.

We will learn about the design thinking mindset and apply the process of empathizing with stakeholders to frame the design challenge, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration to complete an individual or group project that focuses on health promotion messages. Guided contextual inquiries of selected topics prepare students for design opportunity identification before hands-on activities and digital tool introduction (e.g., manual/digital design of packaging or 3D artifact prototypes). There’s room for bringing in your artistic skills, too!

REVOLVE DANCE presents "Hip Hop for Littles" - an introduction to dance for young children seeking to learn new moves and express themselves through music in a fun, nurturing setting. The class will focus on musicality, dance class etiquette/flow, choreography retention and self-expression.
Students will learn a wide range of choreography, footwork and dance concepts while enjoying fun, child-friendly hip hop music!

Karate helps build confidence and motivation to learn and helps to increase concentration. Class will emphasize on hand -eye coordination, body awareness, and Karate concepts: Blocking, Kicking, Punching and Striking. Karate GI ( Uniform) is required. i9 Sports is hosting a coed flag football league that will allow each Foster City Elementary school to show their school spirit by bringing students together to form teams and compete against each other in a fun and structured environment.
The program will be held at Edgewater Park and each team will be led by an assigned i9 Sports staff coach.
Seasons will consist of 7 games (6 regular season / 1 playoff) with a 1 day per week practice/game format (30 mins practice / 60 mins game).
It’s a great opportunity to get friends together and have a ton of fun while representing their school!

You must register your child to the team of the school they attend.

Through a variety of drills and exercises, you'll build a strong foundation in essential skills like throwing and catching techniques, proper footwork for agility and route running, and defensive strategies to shut down your opponents. We'll also weave in lessons on communication, sportsmanship, and celebrating victories with your teammates. This program is all about fostering a love for the game, building confidence, and transforming you into a flag football phenom!

Unleash your inner cheetah! This 8-week Track & Field program is your springboard to crushing personal bests and podium finishes. Through dynamic drills and expert coaching, you'll master explosive starts, propel yourself down the track with perfect form, and conquer techniques for high jump, long jump, and throws. We'll also focus on mental toughness, race strategy, and teamwork for relays. Get ready to fly, have a blast, and become a track & field superstar!

Calling all aspiring athletes and curious minds! This 6-week program is a unique blend of multi-sport training and engaging STEM exploration. We'll delve into three popular sports: soccer, football, and basketball. Each two-week module will focus on developing athletic skills in that specific sport, while also incorporating fascinating STEM-based activities. For example, in the soccer module, you'll learn about the forces that impact ball movement and trajectory, while practicing your dribbling and kicking techniques. This program is all about having a blast, learning new skills, and seeing the amazing science hidden inside your favorite sports!

Our program consists of movement and gymnastics classes designed to help students develop a sense of physical fitness, coordination, and self-esteem. Students learn basic gymnastics skills such as climbing, rolling, swinging, jumping, and balancing while improving their listening skills and ability to follow directions. Classes include use of: tumble trak, rings, trapeze, balance beam, preschool bars, Olympic size padded floor, foam-filled pit, and two in-ground trampolines.
